Diploma course 2023-24

Legacy

In the year 1990 another course was introduced by the Association, the duration being longer than the other courses. This course was for six months and included many more aspects of blood donation and allied subjects. Apart from theoretical classes there are a few project works also. After completion of the course there is an end on written examination as well as viva-voce. At present the course is being held at The National Council of Education Bengal, Jadavpur, Kolkata on Saturdays and Sundays from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Many past trainees of the course have become excellent volunteers of our Association.

This Year

This year the course was inaugurated on July I, with 22 students of which 19 attended regularly. There were 14 eligible candidates of which 13 appeared at the end on examination, all of them were successful and eleven obtained first class and two second class. (For further details vide annexure).
