From day one the Association has been following Education, Motivation, Donation and Recognition model. Education being the kingpin of Association’s donor, motivation and recruitment programme needs an army of trained donor motivators. To meet this need, the Association since its inception has motivators’ training programmes of different modules ranging from one day crash participatory course to six months diploma course with shorter certificate courses in between. This in turn needs teachers’ training programme which is conducted by the Association through workshops. The teachers are drawn in from the fields of Bio Science, Medical Science, Management, Education, Public Relations, Communication, Media, Sociology, Social work, Philosophy, History and even from Religious Order. The curriculum were prepared by the experts in the principles of education and teachers were introduced with the curriculum through orientation workshops. Teachers’ guidebooks prepared by experts in the principles of Education were made available to the teachers in the workshop
