Became the representative of the voluntary organisations in the State Blood Transfusion Council, Training programmes for undergraduate medical students were introduced. Received the second best award in the international film festival on Blood Donor Motivation and Recruitment held at Sofia, Bulgaria.
Undertook and completed the study on ‘Donor Profile and Status of Blood Banks in Calcutta and Howrah’ — a project of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Invited as guest speaker in the First Asia Pacific Conference on Donor Recruitment at Bangkok. Received the International Best Poster Award at Bangkok.
Invited by Govt. of India to serve in the Experts' Committee to prepare

Conducted motivators Training Programme at Bhutan on an invitation from Bhutan Government.
On an invitation from the Governor of Chattisgarh, Shri Sekhar Dutta, IAS, SM conducted programme at Raj Bhawan about the action plan that should be taken up by the State to achieve 100% voluntary Blood Programme.
On invitation from the Ministry of Health Royal Govt. of Bhutan conducted three day Motivators Training Programme at Thimpu on May 5, 6 & 7, 2014.
