As a crash programme to train up mostly young adults of 17-20 age group, this programme was thought of in 2016-2017. The module was prepared and course materials and teachers’ guidebook were prepared and teachers’ training programmes were conducted. While it was thought of that the Association would conduct this programme and people of the districts and Sub-divisional organisations would be trained up as teachers through rigorous workshops so that they can conduct this programme in their places independently with the materials to be provided by the Association.
